НЕЙРОСЕТИ И СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ СМЫСЛ  ОНТОЛОГИИ ДУХОВНЫХ ЦЕННОСТЕЙ В КОНТЕКСТЕ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ   
ПОЛИТИКО- ВОСПИТАТЕЛЬНОЙ РАБОТЫ В ОВД РОССИИ

Аннотация. Актуальность: современная парадигма тотального проникновения во все сферы бытия социума инновационных решений, связанных с сетевыми технологиями цифрового порядка, искусственным интеллектом и нейросетями, предопределяет целесообразность предметного осмысления проблемного поля онтологии как учения о сущем и ее анализа в контексте поиска новых решений формирования профессионального мировоззрения государственных служащих России и, в первую очередь «солдат правопорядка», к когорте которых относится личный состав органов внутренних дел (ОВД). С учетом того обстоятельства, что в настоящее время первым и наиболее значимым видом морально-психологического обеспечения деятельности ОВД является политико-воспитательная работа, исследование социального смысла онтологии традиционного ценностного ряда, элементы которого занимают ключевое место в формировании личности сотрудника ОВД и по этой причине выступают в качестве точек соприкосновения идейных концептов пропаганды и контрпропаганды, представляется несомненно актуальной задачей. При этом фактор ужесточения идейного противоборства на фронте борьбы за мировоззрение личности в условиях развязанной гибридной войны, современного технологического уклада и порождаемых им нейросетей, наиболее рельефно подчеркивает актуальность темы настоящего исследования. Цель: на основе анализа научных воззрений ученых, работы которых имеют важное значение для понимания социального смысла онтологии духовных ценностей, выявить сущностные аспекты адаптации отдельных сторон организации политико-воспитательной работы в системе координат мира цифровых технологий, апогеем которых в настоящее время выступают нейросети. Методы: основу проведенного исследования составили общенаучные методы (анализ, синтез, индукция и дедукция). Кроме того, автором задействован метод исторического подхода, способствующий более углубленному пониманию онтологии, как философского феномена, имеющего безусловное значение не только для социологической науки, но также для педагогической теории и практики организации политико-воспитательного воздействия на личность сотрудника ОВД. Результаты: в публикации представлен авторский подход к исследованию наиболее значимых аспектов концепта «онтология», основанный на анализе положений и выводов отдельных мыслителей, а также его значение для современного мира цифровых техонологий и дальнейшего совершенствования политико-воспитательной работы в ОВД. Выводы и заключения: материалы представленной публикации свидетельствуют: во-первых, о целесообразности комплексного исследования проблемы нейро-сетевого взаимодействия в социуме и нового видения учения о сущем, в части конкретизации социального смысла укрепления духовных основ личности; во-вторых, об актуальности перевода отдельных сторон политико-воспитательной работы с личным составом ОВД на путь реализации положительно зарекомендовавших себя практик, учитывающих веление времени и проводимую в мире цифровую трансформацию обширной сферы общественных отношений.

NEURAL NETWORKS AND THE SOCIAL MEANING OF THE ONTOLOGY OF SPIRITUAL VALUES IN THE CONTEXT OF ORGANIZING POLITICAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORK IN THE RUSSIAN    
 INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

Abstract. Relevance: the modern paradigm of the total penetration of innovative solutions related to digital network technologies, artificial intelligence, and neural networks into all spheres of society necessitates a substantive understanding of the problematic field of ontology as a doctrine of existence and its analysis in the context of the search for new solutions for shaping the professional worldview of Russian civil servants, and, first and foremost, «law enforcement officers», a cohort that includes the personnel of internal affairs agencies (IAAs). Given the fact that political education is currently the primary and most significant form of moral and psychological support for IAAs activities, research into the social meaning of the ontology of traditional values, elements of which occupy a key place in the formation of the IAAs officer's personality and therefore serve as points of contact between the ideological concepts of propaganda and counter-propaganda, is undoubtedly a pressing task. Moreover, the intensifying ideological confrontation on the frontline of the struggle for individual worldviews in the context of the unleashed hybrid war, the modern technological order, and the neural networks it generates, clearly underscores the relevance of this study's topic. Objective: Based on an analysis of the scientific views of scholars whose work is essential for understanding the social meaning of the ontology of spiritual values, to identify the essential aspects of adapting individual aspects of political education work to the coordinate system of the digital world, the apogee of which currently represents neural networks. Methods: The study is based on general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction). Furthermore, the author utilizes a historical approach, which facilitates a more in-depth understanding of ontology as a philosophical phenomenon of unconditional significance not only for sociological science but also for the pedagogical theory and practice of organizing political education influence on the personality of law enforcement officers. Results: this publication presents the author's approach to exploring the most significant aspects of the concept of «ontology», based on an analysis of the positions and conclusions of individual thinkers. It also explores its significance for the modern world of digital technologies and the further improvement of political and educational work in the internal affairs agencies. Conclusions: The materials presented in this publication demonstrate, firstly, the feasibility of a comprehensive study of the problem of neural network interaction in society and a new vision of the doctrine of existence, in terms of specifying the social meaning of strengthening the spiritual foundations of the individual; secondly, the relevance of shifting certain aspects of political and educational work with internal affairs agency personnel to the implementation of proven practices that take into account the imperatives of the times and the ongoing digital transformation of a vast sphere of public relations.
