ПРОЕКТНАЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ 
НАУЧНО-ИССЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ УНИВЕРСИТЕТА: 
ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ, ОГРАНИЧЕНИЯ И ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ

Аннотация. За последние десятилетия научно-исследовательская деятельность университетов претерпела заметные организационные изменения. Распространение конкурсных механизмов финансирования, усиление требований к подотчётности и развитие систем оценки результативности исследований способствовали более широкому использованию проектных форм организации научной работы. В результате, исследовательская деятельность всё чаще строится вокруг проектов, имеющих определённые цели, сроки реализации, ресурсное обеспечение и измеримые результаты. Данная тенденция получила отражение в концепции проектизации (projectification), описывающей распространение проектной логики в различных сферах общественной жизни. Цель статьи состоит в анализе влияния проектной логики на организацию научно-исследовательской деятельности университета и выявлении возможностей и ограничений, связанных с проектными формами организации исследований. Методологическую основу работы составляет теоретико-аналитический обзор научной литературы, посвящённой проектизации, управлению исследованиями и трансформации высшего образования. Проведённый анализ показывает, что проектная организация исследований способствует концентрации ресурсов, развитию междисциплинарного взаимодействия и повышению прозрачности исследовательских процессов. Вместе с тем она может усиливать ориентацию на краткосрочные результаты, увеличивать административную нагрузку и повышать зависимость научной деятельности от внешних механизмов финансирования. Возникающие противоречия свидетельствуют о том, что проектизация представляет собой не только управленческую технологию, но и более широкий процесс трансформации организационной среды современной университетской науки.

PROJECT ORGANIZATION OF THE UNIVERSITY'S RESEARCH ACTIVITIES: 
OPPORTUNITIES, LIMITATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONSEQUENCES

Abstract. In recent decades, the research activities of universities have undergone significant organizational changes. The proliferation of competitive financing mechanisms, increased accountability requirements, and the development of research performance assessment systems have contributed to the increased use of project-based forms of scientific work. As a result, research activities are increasingly being built around projects with defined goals, deadlines, resources, and measurable results. This trend is reflected in the concept of projectification, which describes the spread of project logic in various spheres of public life. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of project logic on the organization of research activities at the university and identify the opportunities and limitations associated with project forms of research organization. The methodological basis of the work is a theoretical and analytical review of scientific literature devoted to the design, management of research and transformation of higher education. The analysis shows that the project organization of research contributes to the concentration of resources, the development of interdisciplinary interaction and increased transparency of research processes. At the same time, it can strengthen the focus on short-term results, increase the administrative burden and increase the dependence of scientific activities on external financing mechanisms. The emerging contradictions indicate that design is not only a management technology, but also a broader process of transformation of the organizational environment of modern university science.
