СОЦИАЛЬНЫЙ КАПИТАЛ В КОНТЕКСТЕ ИННОВАЦИОННОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ: СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ДАННЫХ ПО ПЯТИ ГОРОДАМ СЗФО

Аннотация. Статья посвящена изучению связи между уровнем индивидуального социального капитала и проявлениями инновационного поведения в пяти городах Северо-Западного федерального округа Российской Федерации (Вологда, Череповец, Архангельск, Петрозаводск, Псков). На основе эмпирических данных, полученных в ходе опроса населения, анализируется сопряжённость индекса социального капитала с четырьмя аспектами инновационности: трудовыми стратегиями («новатор» vs. «материалист» и др.), готовностью к технологическим изменениям в профессии, отношением к нововведениям в повседневной жизни и вовлечённостью в творческую деятельность. Выявлена устойчивая положительная связь между уровнем социального капитала и большинством показателей инновационной активности во всех рассматриваемых городах. Наиболее выраженная сопряжённость наблюдается в сфере творческой деятельности, где накопление социального капитала ассоциируется с переходом от пассивного воспроизведения образцов к активному созданию нового. Полученные результаты вносят вклад в понимание роли социального капитала как ресурса инновационного развития на локальном уровне.

SOCIAL CAPITAL IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DATA FROM FIVE CITIES IN THE NORTHWESTERN FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract. This article examines the relationship between individual social capital and innovative behavior in five cities in the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation (Vologda, Cherepovets, Arkhangelsk, Petrozavodsk, and Pskov). Using empirical data from a population survey, we analyze the relationship between the social capital index and four aspects of innovativeness: work strategies ("innovator" vs. "materialist," etc.), readiness for technological change in the profession, attitudes toward innovation in everyday life, and involvement in creative activities. A stable positive relationship was found between the level of social capital and most indicators of innovative activity in all the cities studied. The most pronounced relationship is observed in the area of creative activity, where the accumulation of social capital is associated with a transition from passive reproduction of patterns to active creation of something new. The results contribute to our understanding of the role of social capital as a resource for innovative development at the local level.
