Статья посвящена теме, которая на сегодняшний день мало изучена. Исследуется деятельность Ейского городского театра в 1943–1945 гг., после освобождения города от немецкой оккупации. Изучение архивных документов и материалов газеты «Ейская правда» за 1943–1945 годы дало возможность узнать подробности о работе театра в этот период. Наиболее эффективным оказался метод поиска информации в газете «Ейская правда». Это позволило определить театральный репертуар, выявить фамилии актеров и других сотрудников, принимавших участие в работе театра.В условиях военного времени ставились спектакли патриотического содержания, лирические комедии. Постепенно возвращался классический репертуар. Авторами предпринята попытка оценить роль театра в культурной и общественной жизни Ейска. Актеры выступали перед ранеными бойцами в госпиталях, проводили просветительские вечера для горожан. Исследование показало, что в 1943–1945 годах городской театр играл заметную роль в культурной и общественной жизни города Ейска и района.
The article is devoted to a topic that has been little studied to date. The article examines the activities of the Yeisk City Theater in 1943-1945, after the liberation of the city from the German occupation. The study of archival documents and materials of the Yeiskaya Pravda newspaper for 1943-1945 provided an opportunity to learn more about the work of the theater during this period. The method of searching for information in the newspaper Yeiskaya Pravda turned out to be the most effective. This made it possible to determine the theatrical repertoire, to identify the names of actors and other employees who participated in the work of the theater. In wartime conditions, patriotic performances and lyrical comedies were staged. The classical repertoire gradually returned. The authors have attempted to assess the role of the theater in the cultural and social life of Yeysk. The actors performed in front of wounded soldiers in hospitals, held educational evenings for the townspeople. The study showed that in 1943-1945, the city theater played a significant role in the cultural and social life of the city of Yeysk and the district.
