В статье рассматривается репрезентация концепта «вина» в русскоязычном и англоязычном юридических дискурсах через корпус фразеологизмов. С позиции лингвокультурологии и когнитивной лингвистики проводится исследование того, как римская и англосаксонская правовые системы влияют на формирование языковой картины мира. На материале текстов судебной практики, юридической публицистики и фразеологических словарей выявляются доминирующие метафорические модели, лежащие в основе юридических идиом. Анализируется культурно-специфические черты вербализации понятия «вина» в условиях двух правовых традиций, включая отличия континентального понимании от англосаксонского. Делается вывод о том, что русская юридическая фразеология отражает морально-оценочный характер концепта «вина», сохраняя связь с категориями совести, раскаяния и искупления, что отличает ее от английской юридической фразеологии, где прагматический и процедурный аспекты имеют первостепенное значение.
The article examines the representation of the concept of "guilt" in Russian and English legal discourses through the corpus of phraseological units. From the perspective of linguoculturology and cognitive linguistics, the article explores how the Roman and Anglo-Saxon legal systems influence the formation of the linguistic worldview. Based on the analysis of court cases, legal journalism, and phraseological dictionaries, the article identifies the dominant metaphorical models underlying legal idioms. The article analyzes the cultural-specific features of the verbalization of the concept of "guilt" in the context of two legal traditions, including the differences between the continental and Anglo-Saxon approaches. The authors conclude that Russian legal phraseology reflects the moral and evaluative nature of the concept of "guilt," maintaining its connection with the categories of conscience, remorse, and redemption, which distinguishes it from English legal phraseology, where the pragmatic and procedural aspects take precedence.
