В статье рассматривается влияние появления и использования цифровых платформ на социальную активность современной молодежи. Актуальность исследования обусловлена вызовом трансформации практик индивидуального активизма и коллективного действия молодежи в условиях цифровизации. Цель работы – выявить позитивные и негативные последствия влияния цифровых платформ на социальную активность молодежи. Методологической основой исследования выступили концепция «коннективного действия». В результате исследования выделены ряд позитивных и негативных характеристик влияния использования цифровых платформ на активность молодежи. Сделан вывод о том, что влияние цифровых платформ на активность молодежи является перспективной научной тематикой, находящейся скорее в начале своего становления. Несмотря на наличие противоположных подходов («парадигмы вовлеченной молодежи» и «парадигмы отчужденной молодежи»), противоречия между ними снимаются посредством формирования интегрального подхода в понимании влияния цифровой среды на молодежный активизм, в котором данное явление стоит интерпретировать и рассматривать инструментально, а не ценностно-нагружено.
This article examines the impact of the emergence and use of digital platforms on the social activity of modern youth. The relevance of the study stems from the challenge of transforming the practices of individual activism and collective action among young people in the context of digitalization. The aim of the study is to identify the positive and negative consequences of digital platforms on the social activity of young people. The concept of «connective action» served as the methodological basis for the study. The study identified a number of positive and negative characteristics of the impact of digital platform use on youth activity. It is concluded that the impact of digital platforms on youth activity is a promising research topic, but one that is still in its infancy. Despite the existence of opposing approaches (the «engaged youth paradigm» and the «alienated youth paradigm»), the contradictions between them are resolved through the development of an integrated approach to understanding the influence of the digital environment on youth activism, in which this phenomenon should be interpreted and considered instrumentally, rather than value-laden.
