В статье рассматривается применение модели дерева метрик как инструмента повышения эффективности управленческих решений в малых и средних предприятиях. Цель исследования — обосновать возможности использования дерева метрик для формирования согласованной системы показателей, обеспечивающей связь стратегических целей и операционных решений. Методологическую основу исследования составляют системный и сравнительный анализ, а также метод кейс-стади на основе практики российских компаний различных отраслей. В результате показано, что использование дерева метрик позволяет повысить прозрачность управленческих процессов, улучшить согласованность управленческих решений и повысить точность оценки эффективности деятельности функциональных подразделений. Установлено, что внедрение данной модели снижает фрагментарность применения показателей и упрощает использование инструментов KPI и OKR в условиях ограниченных ресурсов. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в разработке рекомендаций по применению дерева метрик в системе управления малого и среднего бизнеса.
The article examines the application of the metric tree model as a tool for improving the effectiveness of managerial decision-making in small and medium-sized enterprises. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the possibilities of using the metric tree to form a coherent system of performance indicators that ensures the linkage between strategic goals and operational decisions. The methodological framework of the research is based on system and comparative analysis, as well as the case study method using the practice of Russian companies from various industries. The results demonstrate that the application of the metric tree increases the transparency of management processes, improves the consistency of managerial decisions, and enhances the accuracy of performance assessment of functional units. It is established that the implementation of this model reduces the fragmentation of performance indicators and simplifies the application of KPI and OKR tools under conditions of limited resources. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for applying the metric tree within the management systems of small and medium-sized businesses.
