Актуальность. Внешнеэкономическая деятельность остаётся для российских организаций и источником дохода, и зоной повышенного риска: с 2022 года правила валютных расчётов менялись особенно часто, а это напрямую усложняет и бухгалтерский учёт, и экономический анализ таких операций. Цели. Выявить особенности учёта и анализа внешнеэкономической деятельности российских организаций в условиях валютных ограничений. Задачи. Рассмотреть нормативную базу, технику учёта валютных операций и курсовых разниц, влияние режима обязательной продажи валютной выручки, показатели и приёмы анализа эффективности экспортно-импортных операций. Методы. Анализ нормативных актов и стандартов (Федеральный закон № 173-ФЗ, ПБУ 3/2006, IAS 21), сравнение российского и международного подходов, обобщение практики валютного контроля. Результаты. Систематизированы особенности учёта внешнеэкономических операций; показано, как режим обязательной продажи валютной выручки – введённый в 2023 году и обнулённый в 2025-м – отражается на учёте и анализе; предложены показатели и приёмы анализа, включая разложение результата на торговую и курсовую составляющие. Выводы. Учёт и анализ внешнеэкономической деятельности приходится постоянно подстраивать под меняющееся валютное регулирование, а ключевая задача анализа – отделять эффективность торговли от влияния валютного курса; устойчивый результат даёт лишь связка гибкого учёта и регулярной оценки валютных рисков.
foreign economic activity remains for Russian organizations both a source of income and an area of heightened risk: since 2022 the rules of currency settlements have changed especially often, which directly complicates both the accounting and the economic analysis of such transactions. The aim of the study is to identify the features of accounting and analysis of foreign economic activity of Russian organizations under currency restrictions. To this end, the article examines the regulatory framework, the technique of recording currency transactions and exchange differences, the impact of the mandatory sale of foreign currency earnings, and the indicators and methods used to assess the efficiency of export and import operations. The methods include analysis of legal acts and standards (Federal Law No. 173-FZ, PBU 3/2006, IAS 21), comparison of the Russian and international approaches, and a review of recent currency-control practice. The results systematize the features of accounting for foreign economic transactions, show how the regime of mandatory sale of foreign currency earnings — introduced in 2023 and reduced to zero in 2025 — affects accounting and analysis, and propose indicators and techniques of analysis, including the decomposition of the result into trade and exchange-rate components. It is concluded that the accounting and analysis of foreign economic activity must be constantly adapted to changing currency regulation, that the key task of analysis is to separate trade efficiency from the influence of the exchange rate, and that a sustainable result is achieved only by combining flexible accounting with regular assessment of currency risks.
