Ключевая цель разработки методики оценки устойчивости функционирования предприятий винодельческой отрасли в сфере инноваций – потребность в определении их способности не только выпускать новшества на рынок, но и системно использовать нововведения для обеспечения лидерства, экономического развития и повышения конкурентоспособности в турбулентных условиях экономики. Для ее достижения в работе использованы методы системного, статистического, сравнительного, факторного анализа и синтеза, экономико-математического моделирования. Основополагающими результатами проведенного исследования, способствующими приоритизации направлений инвестирования средств и адекватному выбору инструментария управления инновациями и инновационными проектами, являются следующие: уточнено понятие «инновационная устойчивость предприятий», определены факторы, воздействующие на нее, а также структурированы действия по анализу эффектов от нововведений, базирующемуся на определении их релевантности стратегии и миссии винодельческих предприятий.
The key objective of developing a methodology for assessing the sustainability of wine industry enterprises in the area of innovation is the need to determine their ability not only to introduce innovations to the market but also to systematically utilize them to ensure leadership, economic development, and increased competitiveness in turbulent economic conditions. To achieve this, the study utilized methods of systemic, statistical, comparative, factor analysis and synthesis, as well as economic and mathematical modeling. The fundamental results of the study, which facilitate the prioritization of investment areas and the appropriate selection of tools for managing innovation and innovation projects, are as follows: the concept of "innovative sustainability of enterprises" has been clarified, the factors influencing it have been identified, and actions for analyzing the effects of innovations based on determining their relevance to the strategy and mission of wine enterprises have been structured.
