В настоящем исследовании рассмотрены теоретико-прикладные аспекты организации изучения нравственной социализации молодежи в условиях функционирования учреждений социокультурных институтов. В работе показана значимость деятельности учреждений социокультурных институтов, которые включены в систему смежных социальных институтов, выполняющих функции передачи культурных образцов, формирующих ценностные смысложизненные ориентиры, способствующие развитию потенциала молодежи, а также показаны инструменты модернизации форм работы учреждений социокультурных институтов, которые сегодня претерпевают значительные изменения на фоне динамичных общественных процессов. Авторы статьи отмечают роль и особенности функционирования сети учреждений социокультурных институтов города Краснодара, значение которых должно быть особенно заметно в процессе нравственной социализации молодежи, но при этом отмечают ряд проблем, имеющих системный характер. В заключении, используя системный подход, авторы статьи осуществили попытку получить модель исследования учреждений социокультурных институтов на основе критериев теоретико–прикладной парадигмы.
This study examines the theoretical and applied aspects of the organization of the study of the moral socialization of youth in the context of the functioning of institutions of socio-cultural institutions. The paper shows the importance of the activities of institutions of socio-cultural institutions that are included in the system of related social institutions that perform the functions of transmitting cultural patterns, forming value-based life orientations that contribute to the development of the potential of youth, and also shows the tools for modernizing the forms of work of institutions of socio-cultural institutions that are currently undergoing significant changes against the background of dynamic social processes. The authors of the article note the role and features of the functioning of the network of institutions of socio-cultural institutions of the city of Krasnodar, the importance of which should be especially noticeable in the process of moral socialization of young people, but at the same time they note a number of systemic problems. In conclusion, using a systematic approach, the authors of the article attempted to obtain a research model for institutions of socio–cultural institutions based on the criteria of the theoretical and applied paradigm.
