Статья посвящена разработке концептуальных основ структурно-функциональной модели развития культурно-познавательного туризма в регионе. Целью исследования является построение интегративной модели, отражающей состав структурных компонентов региональной туристской системы и характер функциональных связей между ними. Методология базируется на структурно-функциональном и системном подходах, сравнительном анализе отечественных концепций культурно-познавательного туризма, а также методах теоретического моделирования сложных социально-экономических систем. Результаты исследования показывают, что региональная система культурно-познавательного туризма включает четыре взаимосвязанных блока — ресурсный, инфраструктурный, институциональный и субъектный — связанных прямыми и косвенными функциональными зависимостями. Предложена система показателей оценки эффективности модели, дифференцированная по структурным блокам и ориентированная на использование в качестве инструмента стратегического планирования развития культурно-познавательного туризма на региональном уровне.
The article is devoted to the development of conceptual foundations for a structural-functional model of cultural and cognitive tourism development in a region. The purpose of the study is to construct an integrative model reflecting the composition of structural components of the regional tourism system and the nature of functional relationships between them. The methodology is based on structural-functional and systemic approaches, comparative analysis of domestic concepts of cultural and cognitive tourism, as well as methods of theoretical modeling of complex socio-economic systems. The results of the study show that the regional system of cultural and cognitive tourism comprises four interrelated blocks — resource, infrastructural, institutional and subject-based — connected by direct and indirect functional dependencies. A system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the model is proposed, differentiated by structural blocks and oriented towards use as a strategic planning tool for the development of cultural and cognitive tourism at the regional level.
