В статье рассматриваются особенности обеспечительных мер по возмещению ущерба, причиненного хищением бюджетных средств, предназначенных для реализации национальных проектов. Хищения бюджетных средств наносят ущерб собственности и общественным отношениям, регулирующих деятельность государства и муниципальных образований. Хищения бюджетных средств не дают выполнять запланированные задачи государственным органам. Нецелевое использование бюджетных средств, выделенных на реализацию утвержденных государством планов, является преступлением. Зачастую, бюджетные средства, выделенные для реализации национальных проектов, незаконно должностными лицами используются в личных целях. Правоохранительным органам требуется предпринимать активные меры по возмещению ущерба, причиненного бюджету государства.
The article discusses the features of precautionary measures for the compensation of damage caused by the embezzlement of budget funds intended for the implementation of national projects. The embezzlement of budget funds leads to damage to property and social relations, which, in turn, regulate the activities of the state and municipal entities. Embezzlement of budget funds deprives government bodies of the necessary resources to fulfill their tasks, which can become critical during crisis periods. Any deviation from directing budget funds towards the implementation of approved state plans is a crime. As a rule, part of the allocated money is illegally appropriated by officials or otherwise misappropriated for their benefit. Law enforcement agencies need to take active measures to compensate for the damage caused to the state budget.
