        <p>Статья посвящена анализу сценариев трансформации рынка труда в условиях сингулярности экономики, обусловленной развитием и внедрением технологии искусственного интеллекта. Сценарий «Экспоненциального роста» предполагает взрывное развитие, которое в последующие десятилетия замедлится в результате стагнирующего роста населения и ограниченности ресурсов. При полной автоматизации производства и иизации процессов управления спрос на рынке труда сместиться на специалистов, умеющие управлять и адаптировать ИИ под запросы бизнеса. Вариант устойчивого (умеренного) роста предполагает умеренный, положительный рост, которые в будущем стабилизируются. Основу данного сценария составляет частичная автоматизация, основанная на внедрении генеративного ИИ. В результате произойдет поляризация рабочих мест: сокращение доли работников средней квалификации за счёт замещения их ИИ при одновременном увеличении спроса на высококвалифицированных специалистов и работников низкой квалификации. Еще один сценарий связан с эффектом издержек Баумоля. Отрасли экономики обладают разным потенциалом автоматизации, что может привести к перераспределению рабочей силы: переток работников из отраслей с более высокой производительностью в сектора со стагнирующей (неавтоматизированные производства) из-за увеличения трудозатрат и, как следствие, заработных плат.</p>

      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The article is devoted to the analysis of scenarios of the labor market transformation in the conditions of the economy singularity, caused by the development and implementation of artificial intelligence technology. The scenario of the «Exponential growth» assumes explosive development, which will slow down in the following decades as a result of stagnating population growth and limited resources. With the full automation of production and the iization of management processes, the demand in the labor market will shift to specialists who are able to manage and adapt AI to the business needs. The sustainable (moderate) growth option assumes moderate, positive growth that will stabilize in the future. This scenario is based on partial automation, which is driven by the introduction of generative AI. As a result, there will be a polarization of jobs, with a decrease in the number of middle-skilled workers due to their replacement by AI, while the demand for highly skilled professionals and low-skilled workers increases. Another scenario is related to the Baumol effect. Industries have different automation potential, which can lead to a redistribution of the workforce: the flow of workers from industries with higher productivity to sectors with stagnating (non-automated production) due to increased labor costs and, consequently, wages.</p>
