Актуальность: инновационный характер достижений современного технологического уклада в полной мере проявляется в процессе формирования нового облика социального управления, в основу которого определяются возможности платформ искусственного интеллекта и их разновидность в виде архитектуры «Palantir», нередко именуемой в качестве одноименной системы. Применительно к действующей парадигме информационной среды и в контексте понимания социальных последствий на общество и личность, включая личность сотрудника российской полиции, представляется необходимым обратить внимание на онтологический подход к осмыслению многогранной деятельности по обработке массива циркулирующей информации и приданию контенту информационных потоков направления, корреспондирующего замыслам социальных манипуляторов. В указанном случае речь идет об учете онтологической системы «знания-деятельность» и прежде всего двух его ключевых компонентов: в виде онтологии артефакта и антологии процессов, анализ которых позволяет выявить деструктивный аспект целенаправленного искажения профессионального мировоззрения полицейских как защитников Отечества. С учетом ведения против России широкомасштабной гибридной войны, нейтрализация враждебных устремлений наших противников (в лице недружественных стран) по трансформации мировоззренческих основ личности полицейского представляется актуальной задачей при организации политико-воспитательной работы в системе МВД России, центральным элементом которого выступает такая правоохранительная институция, как полиция. Цель исследования: выявить концептуальные позиции социальных последствий задействования архитектуры «Palantir» в системе манипулятивного влияния на общество и личность, и их учет в деятельности субъектов политико-воспитательной работы с личным составом полиции России. Методы: в основу проведенного исследования положен ряд общенаучных методов (анализ, синтез, индукция, дедукция), а также применен специальный метод контент-анализа и познавательные методы (эвристика, аксиология). Результаты: в публикации представлено авторское видение онтологии архитектуры «Palantir» и наиболее значимых аспектов ее воздействия на когнитивную инфраструктуру. Раскрывая функционал триады цифровых платформ данной архитектуры («Gotham», «Foundry», «Apollo»), авторы онстатируют ее большие возможности по воздействию на переформатирование сознания общества и личности посредством целенаправленной интерпретации массивом данных, что несомненно должно находиться в поле зрения правоохранителей. Выводы и заключения: материалы представленной публикации свидетельствуют об актуальности политико-воспитательной работы с личным составом полиции России по разъяснению личному составу подлинной опасности «Palantir» и демонстрации каждым сотрудником должного уровня цифровой бдительности.
Relevance: The innovative nature of the achievements of the modern technological paradigm is fully evident in the formation of a new paradigm for social governance, which is based on the capabilities of artificial intelligence platforms and their variant in the form of the «Palantir» architecture, often referred to as the system of the same name. Given the current paradigm of the information environment and the understanding of the social consequences for society and the individual, including the individual Russian police officer, it seems necessary to consider an ontological approach to understanding the multifaceted activity of processing massive amounts of circulating information and directing the content of information flows in accordance with the intentions of social manipulators. In this case, we are talking about considering the ontological system of «knowledge-activity» and, above all, its two key components: the ontology of artifacts and the anthology of processes, the analysis of which reveals the destructive aspect of the deliberate distortion of the professional worldview of police officers as defenders of the Fatherland. Given the large-scale hybrid war waged against Russia, neutralizing the hostile aspirations of our adversaries (represented by unfriendly countries) to transform the ideological foundations of police officers is a pressing task when organizing political education work within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, a system of which the police are a central element. Objective: To identify conceptual positions on the social consequences of using the «Palantir» architecture in a system of manipulative influence on society and individuals, and to take these into account in the activities of political education workers working with Russian police personnel. Methods: The study is based on a number of general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction), as well as a specialized method of content analysis and cognitive methods (heuristics and axiology). Results: The publication presents the author's vision of the «Palantir» architecture ontology and the most significant aspects of its impact on the cognitive infrastructure. By revealing the functionality of the triad of digital platforms within this architecture («Gotham», «Foundry», and «Apollo»), the authors note its significant potential for influencing the reshaping of public and individual consciousness through the targeted interpretation of massive data, which should undoubtedly be a priority for law enforcement. Conclusions: The materials presented in this publication demonstrate the relevance of political and educational work with Russian police personnel to explain the true dangers of «Palantir» and to ensure that each officer demonstrates the appropriate level of digital vigilance.
