Актуальность: фактор номинирования в современный период отечественной истории полицейской институции в обширный отряд силовых ведомств, позволяет определить российскую полицию в качестве представителя силового блока, где центральное место принадлежит Вооруженным Силам Российской Федерации. Отмеченное свидетельствует об особенностях переживаемой эпохи и особой роли когорты силовиков. При этом, смещение акцента от правоохранительной миссии полиции к ее силовой направленности, является не столько актом задействования метафоры «полицейский – это силовик», сколько признанием особой роли полиции как института и инструмента государства, сотрудники которой обязаны при необходимости с оружием в руках и с применением физической силы решительно действовать не только как представители правоохранительного ведомства, но и как защитники Отечества. В этой связи, сформированность у каждого полицейского России четких мировоззренческих ориентиров является важным условием эффективности его службы: как профессионала и патриота своей Родины. С учетом массированного применения против нашей страны широкого спектра средств и способов ведения гибридной войны, а также задействования в новых войнах современных технических систем, к которым относится архитектура «Palantir», выявление социального смысла их применения, может быть отнесено к одной из важных задач социологической науки.Цель: на основе выявления социального значения архитектуры «Palantir» в готовящихся коллективным Западом новых войнах уточнить значимость воспитательной работы с личным составом российской полиции по формированию у сотрудников мировоззренческих основ защитника своего Отечества. Методы: основу проведенного исследования составили общенаучные методы (анализ, синтез, индукция и дедукция). Кроме того, в методологический инструментарий своего исследования автор включил социологический метод анализа документов, а также познавательные методы эвристики и аксиологии. Результаты: в публикации представлен анализ основных направлений функционирования архитектуры «Palantir» и ее сопряженности с разведывательной системой «ISTAR». Кроме того, выявлено социальное значение архитектуры «Palantir» и на основе анализа отдельных концептуальных идей авторов-разработчиков отмеченной архитектуры, обращено внимание на опасный характер презентованных ими идеологем, целеполагание которых заключается в манипулировании общественным сознанием. Выводы и заключения: материалы представленной публикации свидетельствуют: во-первых, о важности учета деструктивного потенциала архитектуры «Palantir», способствующей тотальному проникновению ее инструментария в информационное поле, с целью получения разведывательной информации и применения ее в новых войнах; во-вторых, об опасности пропагандируемых разработчиками архитектуры «Palantir» идей для сознания личного состава полиции России, миссия которого заключается в верном служении своему Отечеству.
Relevance: the nomination of the police institution to the broader group of law enforcement agencies in the modern period of Russian history allows us to define the Russian police as a representative of the security bloc, where the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation occupy a central place. This underscores the unique nature of the current era and the special role of the security forces. Moreover, the shift in emphasis from the police's law enforcement mission to its enforcement focus is not so much an exercise in the metaphor «a police officer is a law enforcement officer» as it is a recognition of the special role of the police as an institution and instrument of the state, whose officers are obligated, when necessary, to act decisively, with arms in hand and using physical force, not only as representatives of law enforcement, but also as defenders of the Fatherland. Therefore, the development of clear ideological guidelines in every Russian police officer is an essential prerequisite for the effectiveness of their service: as a professional and patriot of their homeland. Given the widespread use of a wide range of hybrid warfare tools and methods against our country, as well as the deployment of modern technical systems, including the Palantir architecture, in new wars, identifying the social implications of their use can be considered a key task in sociological science.Objective: By identifying the social significance of the Palantir architecture in the new wars being prepared by the collective West, we aim to clarify the importance of educational work with Russian police personnel to develop the ideological foundations of defending their homeland. Methods: The study relied on general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction). Furthermore, the author incorporated the sociological method of document analysis, as well as the cognitive methods of heuristics and axiology, into the methodological toolkit. Results: The publication presents an analysis of the main functional areas of the Palantir architecture and its integration with the ISTAR intelligence system. Furthermore, the social significance of the Palantir architecture is revealed. Based on an analysis of individual conceptual ideas by the architects and developers of this architecture, attention is drawn to the dangerous nature of the ideologies they present, the purpose of which is to manipulate public consciousness. Conclusions: The materials presented in this publication demonstrate: firstly, the importance of considering the destructive potential of the Palantir architecture, which facilitates the total penetration of its tools into the information field for the purpose of obtaining intelligence information and its application in new wars; secondly, the danger of the ideas promoted by the developers of the Palantir architecture for the consciousness of Russian police personnel, whose mission is to faithfully serve their Fatherland.
