В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования, направленного на проверку гипотез о характере профессиональной социализации аспирантов и деятельности основных акторов аспирантуры в современных российских университетах. Используется теоретическая рамка Э. Гидденса и авторская операционализация понятий. Эмпирическая база исследования включает данные всероссийского опроса аспирантов (N=2246) и глубинных интервью с аспирантами и их научными руководителями в трёх университетах юга России. Выявляются ключевые дефекты социализации: расхождение целей, формализация контроля и критический дефицит ресурсов. Показано, что позиции аспирантов определяются специфической комбинацией этих форм капитала. Выявленные дисфункции ставят под вопрос саму возможность качественного воспроизводства научно-педагогического корпуса в условиях реализации менеджеристской политики.
The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at testing hypotheses about the nature of professional socialization of PhD students and the activities of key actors in postgraduate education in contemporary Russian universities. It employs the theoretical framework of A. Giddens and the author's own operationalization of key concepts. The empirical basis of the study includes data from a nationwide survey of PhD students (N=2246) and in-depth interviews with PhD students and their supervisors in three universities in the south of Russia. The study identifies key deficits in professional socialization: misalignment of goals, formalization of control, and a critical lack of resources. It is shown that the positions of PhD students are determined by a specific combination of these forms of capital. The identified dysfunctions call into question the very possibility of high-quality reproduction of the scientific and pedagogical corps under the conditions of implementing managerialist policies.
