В статье анализируется самульнори – традиционная корейская ансамблевая игра на ударных инструментах, используемая в России для привлечения молодежи в этнокультурные организации. Актуальность проблемы обусловлена тем, что управленческий потенциал подобных культурных практик до сих пор остается за рамками системного социологического анализа. Теоретическую основу исследования составляют концепции социальных технологий и «мягкой силы», что позволяет рассмотреть самульнори как инструмент управления молодежной аудиторией. В результате проведенного анализа определено, что данная практика выполняет четыре ключевые функции и позволяет выстроить стадиальную модель вовлечения участников в данный вид творчества. Делается вывод о значительном потенциале самульнори как эффективной и тиражируемой социальной технологии, успешно работающей в различных региональных контекстах в современной России.

The article analyzes samulnori, a traditional Korean ensemble percussion performance used in Russia to attract youth to ethno-cultural organizations. The relevance of the issue lies in the fact that the managerial potential of such cultural practices remains beyond the scope of systematic sociological analysis. The theoretical framework comprises the concepts of social technologies and "soft power," which allows considering samulnori as a tool for managing youth audiences. The analysis demonstrates that this practice performs four key functions and enables constructing a stage-based model of participant involvement. The article concludes that samulnori has significant potential as an effective and replicable social technology successfully operating in various regional contexts of contemporary Russia.
