Исследование посвящено теме, актуальность которой связана с достижением к 2030 и 2036 году таких важных показателей, как суммарный коэффициент рождаемости - 1,6 и 1,8; суммарный коэффициент рождаемости третьих и последующих детей - 0,475 и 0,485; количество многодетных семей в РФ – 2 млн. 400 тыс. и 2 млн. 725 тыс. [1]. Цель исследования заключается в анализе рождаемости как основного фактора естественной убыли населения. Объект изучения – рождаемость в российском обществе, методы исследования – статистический метод, анализ газетных публикаций. Результаты исследования. Показано влияние снижения рождаемости на увеличение естественной убыли населения, государственная поддержка семей с детьми, молодых людей, создающих семьи, женщин, рожающих детей, связь рождения детей с проблемой продолжительности жизни, необходимость формировать ценностные ориентации молодых людей на создание семьи и рождение детей. Вывод - в стране растет число многодетных семей, вместе с тем падает рождаемость, абсолютное количество родившихся детей уменьшилось. Специальных работ на русском языке по проблемам рождаемости немного. В основном эти проблемы анализируются в многочисленных публикациях, посвященных репродуктивному воспроизводству населения, репродуктивному здоровью, репродуктивному поведению, смертности, продолжительности жизни.
The study is devoted to a topic that is relevant due to the achievement of important indicators by 2030 and 2036, such as the total fertility rate of 1.6 and 1.8; the total fertility rate of third and subsequent children of 0.475 and 0.485; the number of large families of 2 million 400 thousand and 2 million 725 thousand [1]. The purpose of the study is to analyze the birth rate as the main factor of natural population decline. The object of study is the birth rate in Russian society, and the research methods include statistical analysis and newspaper publications. The results of the study are as follows. The study shows the impact of declining birth rates on the increase in natural population decline, government support for families with children, young people starting families, and women giving birth. The study also examines the relationship between childbirth and life expectancy, as well as the need to promote family values and childbirth among young people. The study concludes that while the number of large families is increasing, the birth rate is decreasing, and the absolute number of births is decreasing. There are few specialized studies in Russian on the issue of birth rates. These issues are mainly analyzed in numerous publications on reproductive population reproduction, reproductive health, reproductive behavior, mortality, and life expectancy.
