На наш взгляд, актуальность исследования находится в неразрывной связи со Стратегией государственной национальной политики Российской Федерации на период до 2036 года. Цель настоящего исследования – рассмотреть правовые, финансовые и организационные аспекты национальной политики. Объектом исследования выступает национальная политика российского государства в современных условиях. Методами исследования являются анализ и синтез. К результатам исследования относится то, что в процессе анализа рассмотрены федеральные законы, стратегии, финансовое обеспечение государственных программ по реализации национальной политики, поддержке и продвижению русского языка за рубежом, участие координационных советов и организаций гражданского общества в осуществлении национальной политики. Основной вывод состоит в утверждении, что на эффективность национальной политики влияет ее взаимосвязь с государственной культурной и языковой политикой, единство правового, финансового и организационного ее обеспечения. Благодаря ознакомлению авторов статьи с отечественной литературой по проблемам национальной политикой российского государства, у них появилась возможность отметить наличие большого количества опубликованных работ по национальной политике российского государства на протяжении всего исторического периода его существования.
According to the authors of the article, its relevance is determined by the strategic planning document in the field of national security, the Strategy of the State National Policy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2036. The purpose of this study is to examine the legal, financial, and organizational aspects of national policy. The object of the study is the national policy of the Russian state in the current conditions. The research methods used are analysis and synthesis. The results of the study include the analysis of federal laws, strategies, and financial support for the state programs of the Russian Federation in 2026-2028 for the implementation of state national policy, support and promotion of the Russian language abroad, and the participation of coordination councils and civil society organizations in the implementation of national policy. The main conclusion is that the effectiveness of national policy is influenced by its interconnection with state cultural and language policy, as well as the unity of its legal, financial, and organizational support. The authors' familiarization with domestic literature on the national policy of the Russian state allows them to point out published works on such issues as national identity in ensuring the security of Russian society, the implementation of state national policy in the regions, threats, challenges, and risks in the formation of a unified Russian civil nation, the role of national and cultural associations in the harmonization of interethnic relations, state language policy and the problem of forming a national identity, and ethnic and religious dialogue as a basis for cooperation in the field of interreligious and interethnic relations.
