Об актуальности темы статьи нужно судить на основании того, что в России существует кадровый дефицит и значительная потребность в рабочей силе. Исходя из актуальности темы, авторы поставили целью проанализировать состояние рабочей силы в 2024 – 2026 годы. Используя такие методы исследования, как статистический метод, анализ и синтез, рассматривают в качестве объекта рабочую силу в современных условиях. Результатами исследования является рассмотрение динамики рабочей силы, численности и состав рабочей силы в федеральных округах, принятых и выбывших работников организаций, неполной занятости, самозанятого населения. Дан анализ потребности работодателей в работниках, включая мобильных сотрудников, динамики численности безработных, в том числе безработных, зарегистрированных в органах службы занятости населения. Проведенный анализ дает основание сделать основной вывод - развитие рабочей силы зависит от повышения производительности труда, трудоустройства выпускников образовательных организаций, работающих по специальности, переобучения работников востребованным профессиям. Из 331 работ, размещенных в Едином электронном каталоге, большинство из них опубликовано до 2000-х годов. Вместе с тем имеются работы, изданные в 20 веке, в которых дан анализ таких проблем, как воспроизводство квалифицированной рабочей силы, конкурентоспособность рабочей силы, прогнозирование подготовки квалифицированной рабочей силы в регионе, социальная модель формирования рабочей силы, социальные проблемы рабочей силы в современной России, повышение качества рабочей силы - необходимое условие экономического роста, мобильность рабочей силы в условиях перехода к инновационной экономике.
The relevance of the article's topic can be assessed based on the fact that Russia faces a shortage of personnel and a significant demand for labor. Given the relevance of the topic, the authors aim to analyze the state of the labor force in 2024-2026. Using research methods such as statistical analysis, synthesis, and comparison, they focus on the current state of the labor force. The results of the study include an analysis of the dynamics of the workforce, the number and composition of the workforce in the federal districts, the number of employees hired and dismissed from organizations, part-time employment, and the self-employed population. The study also analyzes the demand for workers by employers, including mobile employees, and the dynamics of the number of unemployed individuals, including those registered with the employment service. The analysis conducted allows us to draw the main conclusion that the development of the workforce depends on increasing labor productivity, employing graduates of educational institutions who work in their field of study, and retraining employees in in-demand professions. Of the 331 works listed in the Unified Electronic Catalogue, most were published before the 2000s. However, there are also works from the 20th century that analyze issues such as the reproduction of skilled labor, the competitiveness of labor, the forecasting of skilled labor training in the region, the social model of labor formation, the social problems of labor in modern Russia, the improvement of labor quality as a prerequisite for economic growth, and the mobility of labor in the context of the transition to an innovative economy.
